Hotel rates move after you book. Roave keeps re-pricing every confirmed, fully refundable booking against live supplier rates until check-in. When a genuinely comparable rate — same room type, same bed, same view, same meal plan — becomes cheaper, we rebook it with your guest details already filled in and tell you to review and cancel the original. If the cheaper rate is non-refundable we ask your approval first, because that changes your client’s cancellation terms. We never cancel the original booking ourselves, so your client is never left without a reservation.

Roave participates in the hotel booking economics, not by charging agencies for software. Your agency can choose net rates, where you control the sell price and margin, or commissionable rates, where eligible bookings map to Silver, Gold or Platinum commission tiers.
