This policy explains how Roave Technology LLC ("Roave", "we", "us") handles personal information on roaveagents.com (the "Site"). The Roave advisor platform at app.roaveagents.com is covered by the agreement you accept when you request agency access; this policy governs the public marketing site.
Information we collect
Information you give us
The Site does not host an account system. If you enter a work email address in a "Get started" field, that address is passed to the advisor platform to begin an access request. We do not store it on the marketing site itself.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and security data — IP address, user agent, request time and approximate country, processed by our infrastructure provider to serve pages and defend against abuse. This is necessary to operate the Site.
- Analytics data — pages viewed, referring page, approximate location and device type. Optional, and in some regions collected only with your consent (see below).
- Advertising data — if you accept analytics cookies, our advertising pixel records that you visited and may match you to an advertising profile.
Cookies and consent
Non-essential analytics and advertising are off by default for visitors in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and load only after you accept. Elsewhere they load on arrival and you may decline at any time. We honour Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out signal in every region.

How we use information
- To deliver, secure and maintain the Site.
- To understand which content is useful to travel agencies and improve it.
- To measure and target our advertising, where you have consented.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with an advertising partner such as Meta may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law; you can opt out at any time through the cookie banner or by enabling Global Privacy Control.

International transfers
Roave is based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
Retention
Security and traffic logs are retained for a short operational period. Analytics data is retained on our providers' standard schedules. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of the exchange.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it, or ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive a portable copy;
- opt out of targeted advertising, or of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

EEA and UK visitors may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
The Site is a business tool for travel professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
